This milestone achievement represents Binance’s first DASP in Europe and demonstrates our commitment to being a compliance-first exchange.
AMF regulates and protects the French financial market and ensures the financial literacy of investors. ACPR is an independent body that oversees French banks and insurance companies. With the approval and supervision of the AMF and ACPR, this DASP registration will allow Binance France to operate in France.
